Todd Herrmann

Todd Herrmann is President and founder of Cadensus, LLC. Todd has 30 years’ experience advising and leading boards and management teams in strategic planning, marketing, business development, financial analysis, and client relationship management. Prior to founding Cadensus, Todd led the planning and business development function at Boston Children’s Hospital, Partners/Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod, and Southcoast Health System in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Todd balances his consulting practice with his role as full-time faculty at the Simmons School of Business in Boston where he teaches courses in strategic management, marketing, corporate social responsibility, and the US healthcare system.

Todd Herrmann is former president of the New England Society for Healthcare Strategy (NESHS) and an active participant in the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. He is a national speaker on such topics as medical staff development planning, physician practice funds flow models, and service line development. He has worked with several non-profit boards facilitating alignment on strategic vision and initiatives. Todd was recently named “Healthcare Strategist of the Year” by NESHS.

Todd has an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in mathematics with an emphasis on statistics and modeling. He holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
