Projects

Cadensus projects include a broad list of structural changes for organizations ranging from multiyear strategic planning and feasibility studies to board of director changes and financial planning.

In concert with the advisors, Cadensus developed the strategic plan while guiding the advisors through many challenges such as shifting reimbursement and competition, identifying and analyzing specific alternatives and tactics for governance and CEO succession, financial viability, program development, organizational growth and change, employee engagement, and advocacy and philanthropy.
